Girls With Power enables young women to lead with confidence, innovate with purpose, and drive positive change in their communities through mentorship, education, and immersive learning experiences. We believe that every girl deserves access to the tools, role models, and support needed to showcase leadership and discover her full potential.
Through engaging workshops, shadowing opportunities with women entrepreneurs, and events featuring guest speakers from passion-driven careers, we aim to provide girls with insight into the real world of business and entrepreneurship.

As a student-led Non-profit organization, we’re proud to have started small in Charlotte, NC, and are now expanding our impact across communities nationwide. We are committed to shaping a generation of changemakers, and we’re ready to see the powerful impact our work has on the girls in our community.
